Having already great experience in the trade, Fotis Yannoulopoulos founded in 1980 the company ELKA – YANNOULOPOULOS specialising in supplementary materials, additives and seasonings for the meat processing industry and the food industry in general.

Our facilities
Our company is housed in its privately owned facilities in Ag. I. Renti since 1990. Meeting the requirements of the time and certified with ISO 22000-2018, ELCA uses modern mechanical equipment at all stages of the production process. Our company also meets all the standards required by law, strictly adhering to all health and safety measures, ensuring a clean working environment and offering a high level of work and service. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we carry out regular internal audits as well as reviews in accredited laboratories.
